Food Measurements & Substitutions Chart

To print, click on the image, and select print or rename and save to your personal computer pictures to print later. You could place it on your refrigerator, or wherever it is convenient in your kitchen.

I have other cooking charts I can post, if needed. They are; bread baking, dessert baking, cooking tips, how to buy veggies and fruits, how to fold napkins in different styles, how to cook veggies and fruits, equivalency chart, food quantities for large servings, microwave cooking hints, cooking terms, how to publish your own personal cookbook by using your home computer publishing program or have it printed by a professional publisher, or at Home Depot, Staples, Kinko to name a few.

I love to cook and I enjoy good food presented in an appetizing manner. It takes a little time and know how, and anyone can be a great cook with less effort. You can cook most recipes in advance freeze, and warm when needed. You have that nice freezer, put it to good use. Always label and date your foods for "first in first out" freshness. Let me know if you would like to have the other charts posted.

Always remember to spread the love and kindness in your life as bread on the waters.

Hugs, Peaches
